Executive Director's Agenda and Marked Agenda

Here you will find items scheduled for the executive director's signature and items approved by the executive director. These include certain permit applications, registrations, license applications and enforcement actions. All can be viewed from the links on this page.

Both the executive director's current agenda and marked agenda are updated on a continuous basis. Upon signature, items are moved from the current agenda (pending) to the marked agenda (approved). The timeframe for signature varies depending upon which of the following two categories an item belongs to:

Permit, Registration, and License Applications

Pending items are scheduled for signature (approval) by the executive director or designee no less than three and no more than 14 working days from the date of posting.

Enforcement Actions

Pending items are scheduled for signature (approval) by the executive director or designee no sooner than the third working day after the date posted.
