Description: This meeting will provide a summary of the latest proposed revisions to the TCEQ 290 and 291 rules. The proposed revisions are based on the House Bill 805 (Emergency Preparedness Plans), the Federal Ground Water Rule (GWR), the Federal Total Organic Carbon Rule (TOC), and Analytical Methods (334.0). The meeting will start at 10:00 am and will include a presentation of the rule package followed by a question and answer session ending at 12:00 pm.
