The Office of Legal Services at the TCEQ employs about 150 staff, including attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, computer and administrative support personnel.
Comparable in size to some of Texas' larger private-practice law firms, TCEQ Legal Services provides support to all functions of the TCEQ, one of the largest state environmental agencies in the nation.
